Offers and agreements. 1.1. Offers shall be legally binding upon the Supplier for a period of 14 days from the date of the offer. 1.2. An agreement shall be in force when the Purchaser’s acceptance has been received by the Supplier. 1.3. If the Purchaser has required the Supplier to develop a concept, prepare a creative presentation, original material, etc., the Supplier shall be entitled to pay- ment for this work. 1.4. Offers shall be subject to the condition that: • Material and processes can be worked on by machine as s assumed in the offer. • The Purchaser does not require the work to be completed as partial deliveries, instead of one single delivery, as specified in the offer. • The material submitted by the Purchaser corre- sponds to the offer given by the Supplier.
