Responsibility for errors and defects. Lithomex is not liable for the Purchaser's use of the products. On delivery, the Purchaser is obliged, before using the products delivered, to inspect the delivery. In the event of errors or defects, Lithomex must be notified without undue delay. Lithomex is entitled to take action to remedy the error or fault, including redelivery within a reasonable period of time. If the Purchaser fails to lodge a claim within one months of the delivery date, the Purchaser forfeits the right to claim for errors or defects.
