Adding Content to Teams. Before adding Content to teams or individual channels, it is important to carefully check whether the team or channel Users have access to the Content posted and saved in the team or channel. Access to the Content must be granted strictly according to the "need-to-know" principle. Only such Content may be added to a team or channel if all Users involved in the respective team or channel need immediate access to the Content to perform their specific task. This review must be carried out with particular care if Guests participate in the team or in the channel. This can be identified by the information posted under the team name, “This Team contains guests.” In case of doubt, a new team or a new channel with the appropriate authorised Users can be created.
