Additional orders. If the customer commissions additional services outside the agreed scope, these will be remunerated in accordance with the respective valid price list. DiCommerce reserves the right to adjust the agreed prices in the event of a change in market conditions, in particular in the event of increases in procurement costs, labour costs or other operating costs. A price increase will be announced to the customer in writing at least 30 days in advance. The price increase shall be deemed to have been accepted unless the customer objects in writing within 14 days of receipt of the notice. In this case, both parties have the right to terminate the contract with one month's notice. Price increases within a calendar year are limited to a maximum of the previous year's inflation rate plus 8 percentage points.
