Call-in Orders Musterklauseln

Call-in Orders. 9.1. The complete purchase of the goods from call-in orders must be made no later than 12 months after the first delivery. Upon expiry of this period, the customer will be invoiced for the goods which have not been obtained up to that point, and the goods will be delivered.
