Error management. In case of claims, Schwarzmüller shall inform the Supplier by means of a test report and by indicating the type of error/ claim and the test certificate. The Supplier shall send without delay a written report (e.g. 8D-report) to Schwarzmüller with information on the error cause and the already initiated corrective - and preventive measures. If Schwarzmüller detects defective items, a claim will be reported. As a rule, a claim results in a return of the defective goods and in a request to organise an immediate replacement delivery. In exceptional cases and taking into account parametres such as costs, dates/ deadlines, and capacities, the following measures may be convened: The defective items may be sorted out or reprocessed at the expense of the Supplier, or Xxxxxxxxxxxxx may accept once a release of the goods despite production deviations.
