Filing replacement pages. If amendments are both extensive and complex they should be sub- mitted by filing replacement pages. Such pages must be filed in tri- plicate and must satisfy the same physical requirements (as set out in Rules 32 and 35) as apply to originally filed documents. Also, where the nature or derivation of the amendment is not obvious this should be made clear either in the margin of the pages themselves or by a separate explanation.
