Project Planning. (DIN EN ISO 9001 / IATF 16949: Kap. 8.3.2 / 8.3.2.1 BENTELER has set itself the task of involving our suppliers in the quality planning of a new project at the earliest possible stage. Within the framework of project management, we generally require our suppliers to systematically plan new products and/or processes. 1. Kick off (Coordination meeting between SQE/buyer/supplier) 2. Deadline monitoring on the dates confirmed by the supplier in the offer.
