Reporting- and Disposal-Systems. The Seller is obliged by law to register in the packaging register at the central office and participate in a dual system. The Seller is obliged to provide the Operator with corresponding evidence. If the Seller fails to do so, the Operator is entitled to exclude the Seller from the Marketplace until corresponding evidence has been provided.
