Reporting Obligations. (a) In the event that the value of the Collateral transferred to the Security Agent is materially subsequently affected the Transferor shall immediately notify the Security Agent thereof, and he will act in accordance with the instructions given by the Security Agent. The Transferor’s obligation to notify pursuant to this Clause 5.3(a) only exists if the value of the security granted by this Agreement is materially substantially affected.
