Sie sind ein Kunde, der einen Vertrag mit der spanischen Firma SALTO Systems, S.L. über die Erbringung der SaaS-Dienste mit der Bezeichnung „SALTO KS Keys as a Service“ über das Portal „SALTO KS Keys as a Service“ abgeschlossen hat (jeweils „KS Services“ und die "Plattform”), subject to the General Terms & Conditions of the services “Salto KS Key as a Service” which are applicable from time to time (the “Allgemeinen Bedingungen” bezeichnet).
