Data Protection. 8.1 In this Section 8, the terms “data controller”, “data processor”, “personal data” and “processing” shall be as defined in the European Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“Directive”) as amended or superseded from time to time.
Data Protection. We are entitled to collect, store, modify and use the CUSTOMER‘s data that we require for performing our contractual obligations. We are, however, permitted to bring action against the CUSTOMER before the courts which have general jurisdiction over the CUSTOMER.

Data Protection. (1) The Contractor must respect all applicable regulations regarding data protection, and will use any personally identifiable data of ITM only as permitted under such regulations and only as required un- der the Purchase contract.
