Data Protection. 8.1 In this Section 8, the terms “data controller”, “data processor”, “personal data” and “processing” shall be as defined in the European Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“Directive”) as amended or superseded from time to time.
Data Protection. We are entitled to collect, store, modify and use the CUSTOMER‘s data that we require for performing our contractual obligations. We are, however, permitted to bring action against the CUSTOMER before the courts which have general jurisdiction over the CUSTOMER.

Data Protection. Personal data resulting from the customer’s participation in VAMED VitalityClub include name, form of address, academic title, number of persons in the household, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and language. Further personal data includes information regarding the newsletter, VitalityClub account data, the VAMED Vitality World resort where the customer has registered (if applicable), the registration date as well as data subsequently disclosed in the course of a hotel/spa stay, such as preferences regarding room category, room furnishings, beverage and food, eating habits, allergies, pets, mode of arrival, early check-in or late check-out, bathrobe size, preferences for bookable leisure activities and treatments, special requests due to physical impairments or illnesses, marital status, number of children and date of birth of children (in short, "data"). Data Protection. (1) The Contractor must respect all applicable regulations regarding data protection, and will use any personally identifiable data of ITM only as permitted under such regulations and only as required un- der the Purchase contract.
Data Protection. You represent as of the Effective Date, and warrant at all times during the Term, that you have and maintain all necessary rights and consents under Law to provide to Stripe and to allow Stripe to collect, use, retain and disclose, all Personal Data that you provide to Stripe or authorise Stripe to collect, including data that Stripe may collect directly from Card Authorised Users.
