Data Protection. 8.1 In this Section 8, the terms “data controller”, “data processor”, “personal data” and “processing” shall be as defined in the European Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“Directive”) as amended or superseded from time to time.

We are, however, permitted to bring action against the CUSTOMER before the courts which have general jurisdiction over the CUSTOMER.

This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent given to us prior to the entry into force of the EU-General Data Protection Regulation i.e. prior to 25 May 2018.
