If a reason for termina- tion pursuant to § 6.2 or another extraordinary reason for termination not expressly stipu- lated in these Terms and Conditions occurs, each Noteholder has the right to terminate its Notes individually or in full in accordance with the provisions of this § 6 and to demand re- payment of its Notes by the Issuer at the Early Redemption Amount.
In the case such call notice is given, the Issuer shall redeem the remaining Notes on the specified Early Redemption Date (Clean-up) (as defined below) at the Early Redemption Amount (Clean-up) (as defined below) plus accrued interest to (but excluding) the specified Early Redemp- tion Date (Clean-up).
Notes redeemed pursuant to this Condition 6(b) will be redeemed at their Early Redemption Amount referred to in paragraph (g) below together (if appropriate) with accrued interest to (but excluding) the date of redemption.
Upon of the occurrence of the above, the Trustee, at its discretion, may, and if so requested in writing by the holders of at least one quarter in principal amount of the Notes then outstanding, or if so directed by an Extraordinary Resolution of the Noteholders, shall give notice to the Issuer and, in the case of the Guaranteed Notes, the Guarantor that each Note is, and each Note shall thereupon immediately become, due and repayable at its Early Redemption Amount together with accrued interest.
