10 Pass-Through Rate. With respect to the Distribution Date occurring in March 2007, 5.920% per annum. With respect to each succeeding Distribution Date, a per annum rate, determined by the Paying Agent on the applicable Rate Determination Date, equal to LIBOR plus 0.600%, subject to a minimum rate of 0.600% and a maximum rate of 6.000%.
