Trimble-Provided Hardware definition

Trimble-Provided Hardware means any PMG, PCG, or T511 onboard computers, Samsung Tab Active 3 or Galaxy Tab A Lite WiFi-enabled display devices, mount kits, and other accessories or hardware, specified on an Order Form and provided to you as part of, and solely for use in connection with, an active Subscription.

Trimble-Provided Hardware means any T511 onboard computers, Tab Active 3 WiFi-enabled display devices, mount kits, and other accessories (or successor hardware offered by us) specified on an Order Form and provided to you as part of, and solely for use in connection with, an active Subscription. B. Order Forms. You order Subscriptions (which may include Trimble-Provided Hardware) via Order Forms, each of which shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement and the Master Terms. An Order Form will only be considered accepted by us upon the earlier of (a) the date on which we ship any Trimble-Provided Hardware to you or make the Management Portal available to you, or (b) the date on which we execute the Order Form thereby accepting it in writing. The quantity and subscription fee for Subscriptions shall be set forth in an Order Form; a separate Subscription is required for each onboard computer Device.

Examples of Trimble-Provided Hardware in a sentence

  • If we would like to inspect Trimble-Provided Hardware, we will work together in good faith to arrange such inspection.

  • You shall not remove, replace or reprogram the SIM card installed in Trimble-Provided Hardware or Customer-Provided Hardware.

  • The following additional terms apply to the Agreement, and to all Order Forms governed by the Agreement, and to all Trimble-Provided Hardware and service-based Software provided pursuant to your Subscriptions.

  • You agree that we have no duty or responsibility to inspect Trimble-Provided Hardware while in your possession.

  • You will maintain Trimble-Provided Hardware in good working order, keep it secure, and immediately notify us if it requires warranty or non-warranty repair or replacement.

  • If you move Trimble-Provided Hardware between vehicles, we will invoice you the then-current list price for any cables, mounts and other accessories needed for reinstallation, and you are responsible for costs of installing the Trimble-Provided Hardware into the new vehicle.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Trimble-Provided Hardware is not sold to you, but is provided for your use during the Subscription Term for internal business purposes as part of your Subscription.

  • You may order Subscriptions (which may include Trimble-Provided Hardware) via Order Forms, each of which shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement and the Master Terms.

  • An Order Form will only be considered accepted by us upon the earlier of (a) the date on which we ship any Trimble-Provided Hardware to you or make the Management Portal available to you, or (b) the date on which we execute the Order Form thereby accepting it in writing.

  • For the Subscription Term we grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to access and use the features of our telematics service included with your Subscription as described below and on the Order Form, any Trimble-Provided Hardware, and add-on services for which you have purchased Subscriptions through an Order Form, Addendum or similar agreement, or through the Management Portal.
