17g-5 Website. A password-protected website which shall initially be located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Any change of the 17g-5 Website shall only occur after notice has been delivered by the Issuer to the Information Agent, the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Administrator, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser and the Rating Agency setting the date of change and new location of the 17g-5 Website.

  • Copies of the Effective Date Accountants' Recalculation AUP Report or any other agreed-upon procedures report provided by the Independent accountants to the Issuer shall not be provided to any other party including the Rating Agency or posted on the 17g-5 Website except as expressly provided for herein.

  • In accordance with SEC Release No. 34-72936, Form 15-E, only in its complete and unedited form which includes the Effective Date Accountants' Comparison AUP Report as an attachment, shall be provided by the Independent accountants to the Issuer who shall post such Form 15-E on the 17g-5 Website.
