17g-5 Website definition

17g-5 Website is defined in Section 10.18(a) of the Indenture.

17g-5 Website. A password-protected website which shall initially be located at xxxxx://xxx.00x0.xxx. Any change of the 17g-5 Website shall only occur after notice has been delivered by the Issuer to the Information Agent, the Trustee, the Collateral Administrator, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser and the Rating Agency setting the date of change and new location of the 17g-5 Website.

17g-5 Website has the meaning specified in Section 10.06 of the Indenture.

Examples of 17g-5 Website in a sentence

• The Indenture Trustee shall not be responsible or liable for the dissemination of any identification numbers or passwords for the 17g-5 Website, including by the Servicer, the Rating Agencies, a nationally recognized statistical rating organization (“NRSRO”), any of their respective agents or any other party.

• The Servicer shall be responsible for posting all of the information on the 17g-5 Website.

• Additionally, the Indenture Trustee shall not be liable for the use of the information posted on the 17g-5 Website, whether by the Servicer, the Rating Agencies, an NRSRO or any other third party that may gain access to the 17g-5 Website or the information posted thereon.

• In no event shall the Indenture Trustee be deemed to make any representation in respect of the content of the 17g-5 Website or compliance by the 17g-5 Website with this Indenture, Rule 17g-5 under the Exchange Act or any other law or regulation.

17g-5 Website means the password-protected website on which the Servicer shall post any notice, report, request for satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, document or other information provided by the Indenture Trustee to any Rating Agency under the Indenture or any other Basic Document to which it is a party for the purpose of determining or confirming the credit rating of the Storm Recovery Bonds or undertaking credit rating surveillance.

17g-5 Website. As defined in the Indenture.
