In addition, upon delivery by the Depositor to the 17g-5 Information Provider (in an electronic format mutually agreed upon by the Depositor and the 17g-5 Information Provider) of information designated by the Depositor as having been previously made available to NRSROs by the Depositor prior to the Closing Date, the 17g-5 Information Provider shall post such information on the 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 8.14(b).
