21-days after termination of the agreement and delivery of possession of rented premises to Manager, Manager shall refund deposit or shall give Resident an accounting of Manager's claim to deposit. If costs or repairing damages exceed the amount of the deposit, Resident shall be responsible for all such excess costs. Resident may not at any time apply the security deposit to be used as last month's rent or any other sum due under this Agreement.
