3-Year Average EBITDA Growth definition

3-Year Average EBITDA Growth means the average of the three years of EBITDA Growth in the Performance Period. Expressed as a formula, an example of the calculation of 3-Year Average EBITDA Growth over years 1, 2, and 3 is as follows: This Appendix B includes additional terms and conditions that govern the Performance Share Plan Units granted to Participant under the Con-way Inc. 2012 Equity and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) if Participant resides in one of the countries listed below.
