3M EURIBOR Rate definition
3M EURIBOR Rate means, in respect of any relevant day, the rate for deposits in EUR for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on Reuters Page EURIBOR01 (or any successor or replacement thereof) (the "Relevant Screen Page") as of 11:00 a.m., Brussels time (the "Relevant Time"), on the day that is two TARGET Settlement Days preceding that day (for the purposes of this definition, the "Relevant Date"). If the rate does not appear on the Relevant Screen Page at the Relevant Time on such Relevant Date, the 3M EURIBOR Rate for such relevant day shall be determined in accordance with §4.
