A-1 Series definition

A-1 Series has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
A-1 Series shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
A-1 Series has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.2(c)(i).

Related to A-1 Series

  • Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.
