A-2 Notional Amount definition

A-2 Notional Amount. For any Distribution Date and the Class 8-A-2 Certificates, the Class Principal Balance of the Class 8-A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date. The Class 8-A-2 Notional Amount as of the Closing Date will be $10,000,000.
A-2 Notional Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Class LA-2 Uncertificated Interest as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to the distribution of principal and allocation of Collateral Support Deficit on such Distribution Date), or the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date.
A-2 Notional Amount. As to any Distribution Date and the Class 1-A-2 Certificates, 4.5454545% of the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-1 Certificates.
