  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-3 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • As provided in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, Class A-3 Certificates are exchangeable for new Class A-3 Certificates of authorized denominations evidencing the same aggregate principal amount.
