A-B definition

A-B means the outperformance of NAV per share, i.e. the amount by which the increase in NAV per share during the relevant performance period exceeds the High Water Mark.
A-B means the outperformance of Net Asset Value per Unit, i.e. the amount by which the increase in Net Asset Value per Unit during the relevant performance period exceeds the High Water Mark.
A-B. (reading “A” dash “B”) means “B” and faster with one set of wards.

Examples of A-B in a sentence

  • The Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide the Purchaser with such information about itself, the Mortgage Loans and the underwriting and servicing procedures applicable to the Mortgage Loans as is (i) required under the provisions of Regulation AB, (ii) required by a Rating Agency or a governmental agency or body or (iii) reasonably requested by the Purchaser for use in a private disclosure document.
