A Principal definition

A Principal. Dancer is one who is billed in the overall billing of the entire company in the largest type face; a Principal Character Artist is one so billed in the second largest type face; a First Soloist is one so billed in the third largest type face; a Second Soloist is one so billed in the fourth largest type face; and a Corps de Ballet Dancer (any rank) is one who is so billed in the fifth largest type face.

  • The Class A Invested Amount on any date will be an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class A Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the Class A Principal Funding Account Balance as of such date and minus (d) the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs over Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Series Supplement prior to such date.

  • On each Payment Date, the Paying Agent shall distribute to each Class A Certificateholder of record on the last day of the preceding calendar month (each a "Record Date") such Class A Certificateholder's pro rata share of such amounts on deposit in the Class A Interest Funding Account or the Class A Principal Funding Account as are payable to the Class A Certificateholders pursuant to the Agreement and the Series Supplement.

  • The increase in the Class A Principal Balance shall be allocated to the Class A Notes held by the Class A Noteholders from which purchase prices were received in connection with the Class A Incremental Funding in proportion to the amount of such purchase prices received.

  • Upon any Class A Incremental Funding, the Class A Principal Balance, the Collateral Amount, the Note Principal Balance and the Allocation Percentage shall increase as provided herein.
