The Certificate Principal Amount of each of the Class [A-1] and Class [A-2] Regular Interest will equal the aggregate of the applicable Percentage Interests of the Class [A-1] and Class [A-2] Certificates, respectively, and of the related component of the Class [EC] Certificates.
