A320 Aircraft definition

A320 Aircraft means an Airbus A320-200 model aircraft, delivered or to be delivered under this Agreement, including the Airframe, the Propulsion Systems, and any part, component, furnishing or equipment installed on the Aircraft on Delivery under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
A320 Aircraft shall be defined as any and all of the A320 Option Aircraft, the A320 Roll-Over Option Aircraft, and any A320 Aircraft converted from an A319 Aircraft under the terms of this Letter Agreement.
A320 Aircraft means the one Airbus A320-200 aircraft listed in Schedule I hereto.

  • The A320 Aircraft will be manufactured in accordance with the A320 Specification.

More Definitions of A320 Aircraft

A320 Aircraft means any Airbus model A320-200 Aircraft.
A320 Aircraft means each of the seven Airbus A320-200 aircraft listed in Schedule I hereto. “A321 Aircraft” means each of the three Airbus A321-200 aircraft listed in Schedule I hereto.
A320 Aircraft means each of the Airbus A320 family aircraft which are the subject of the Amendment No. 2 to the Original Purchase Agreement, therein referred to as the “Second Batch Aircraft”.

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.

  • APU means the auxiliary power unit of the Aircraft.

  • Dual-Fuel Engine means an engine that is designed to simultaneously operate with a liquid fuel and a gaseous fuel, both fuels being metered separately, the consumed amount of one of the fuels relative to the other one being able to vary depending on the operation;

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
