A321 Aircraft definition

A321 Aircraft means an A321-200 model aircraft, as applicable, delivered or to be delivered under this Agreement, including the Airframe, the Propulsion Systems, and any part, component, furnishing or equipment installed on the Aircraft on Delivery under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
A321 Aircraft means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the Airbus A321 aircraft having FAA registration numbers N184US, N185UW, N186US, N187US, and N188US.
A321 Aircraft means an Airbus A321-200 model aircraft including the A321 Airframe, the applicable Propulsion Systems, and any part, component, furnishing or equipment installed on the A321 Aircraft on Delivery under the terms and conditions of this Purchase Agreement and the AGTA.   • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.
