AA MORTGAGE means the Chattel Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated as of January 31, 1996, between Lessor and Lessee, and all other agreements, instruments, certificates and documents related thereto or executed or delivered in connection therewith, all as from time to time amended, supplemented or modified.
