Abandonment and Termination Plan definition

Abandonment and Termination Plan refers to the plan to be prepared by the RE DEVELOPER and submitted as a requirement for the issuance of a Certificate of Confirmation of Commerciality (“COCOC”) and approved by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (“DENR”) and the DEPARTMENT for the decommissioning, abandonment and surface restoration or rehabilitation of the Contract Area. Such abandonment work plan may be amended, supplemented or modified by the RE DEVELOPER, the DEPARTMENT, and the DENR from time to time;
Abandonment and Termination Plan refers to the plan prepared by the RE DEVELOPER submitted within three (3) months from Effective Date in the case of Pre-Development Stage and five (5) years from confirmation of the Declaration of Commerciality and approved by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the DEPARTMENT for the decommissioning, abandonment and surface restoration or rehabilitation of the Contract Area, and such abandonment work plan may be amended, supplemented or modified by the Parties from time to time;

Examples of Abandonment and Termination Plan in a sentence

  • In case the RE DEVELOPER completely ceases its operations, the provisions under its Abandonment and Termination Plan shall apply consistent with its Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this RE Contract shall be terminated without prejudice to the RE DEVELOPER’s obligation under its Abandonment and Termination Plan as approved by the DEPARTMENT.

  • In case the RE DEVELOPER completely ceases its operations, the provisions under its Abandonment and Termination Plan shall apply, consistent with its Environmental Compliance Certificate (“ECC”).
