ABBYY’s Partner means an entity or individual who is licensed by ABBYY to resell and distribute licensed copies of the SOFTWARE to End Users, either directly or through one or more sub-resellers or sub-distributors.

Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
