ABF EMPLOYEE definition
ABF EMPLOYEE. Any individual who, on or prior to the Distribution Date, was employed by ABF and who, on or after the Distribution Date, or otherwise in connection with the Distribution, is intended to be employed by ABF. ACTION: Any action, claim, suit, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation by or before any court, any governmental or other regulatory or administrative agency or commission or any arbitration tribunal.
