ABN AMRO Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the ABN AMRO Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and ABN AMRO, as seller, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignment and conveyance related to the ABN AMRO Mortgage Loans.
