Aboriginal Claim definition
Aboriginal Claim means any claim, written assertion or demand, whether proven or unproven, made by any Aboriginal Peoples with respect to Aboriginal title, Aboriginal rights, treaty rights or any other Aboriginal interest;
Aboriginal Claim means a legal claim or proceeding where such claim or proceeding alleges Potential Impacts which breach any First Nation’s rights under Section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
Aboriginal Claim shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(vv)(i).
