above-grade building permit definition
above-grade building permit means a building permit for all or any part of the lot which permits the construction of a building or structure, or portion thereof, above-grade, but does not include the construction of a temporary sale/rental centre, a foundation permit, a demolition permit or a heritage permit;
above-grade building permit means the first building permit issued respecting all or any part of the lot that permits the erection of any above grade portion of a building;
above-grade building permit means a Building Permit for that part or parts of a structure that is to be constructed above-grade and shall not include any Building Permits for excavation, shoring and/or foundations.
