Absence of Certain Changes. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.19 -------------------------- annexed hereto, the Company has not, since the date of its formation, changed its name, operated or done business under any fictitious, trade or assumed name, been the surviving corporation of a merger or consolidation or acquired all or substantially all of the assets of any Person.
