Academic Development definition

Academic Development means building area for academic uses and academic support uses.

  • The individual(s) providing this support must hold a valid California Teaching Credential with a valid English Learner Authorization or Crosscultural Language and Academic Development (CLAD) Certificate.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.
