Academic Record definition

Academic Record means an official document issued by a Recognised Institution. The document shall show the marks/grades obtained by the Applicant and where it is the norm, the final grade/classification.
Academic Record means the applicant’s unofficial transcript from college or graduate school for the most recent academic year.

Examples of Academic Record in a sentence

  • In such instances the list of said materials prepared by the faculty member and submitted with the dossier shall be retained in the Academic Record file.

  • Once an RPT dossier has been reviewed at all evaluative levels and a final decision on the RPT matter has been made, the RPT dossier will remain part of the faculty member’s permanent Academic Record file.

  • After enrolment approval, the students are registered in the Faculty Academic Record and in the students’ management system, implemented at the University (UMS).
