Academic Record definition

Academic Record means the applicant’s unofficial transcript from college or graduate school for the most recent academic year.

  • Once an RPT dossier has been reviewed at all evaluative levels and a final decision on the RPT matter has been made, the RPT dossier will remain part of the faculty member’s permanent Academic Record file.

Academic Record means a listing of all courses or modules studied by year and the grades or marks attained for each;

Academic Record. Each student shall be responsible for causing their official transcripts to be sent to their Home Institution from the Host Institution. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Home Institution to decide how many transfer credit units the student may actually receive on courses taken at the Host Institution. Immigration/Visas: Students shall be solely responsible for obtaining any required visas in compliance with all immigration laws and regulations of the Host Institution. Students shall be subject to the laws in the host country as well as the policies and practices of the Host Institution with respect to sponsorship of, and support for, international visitors. Students are responsible for meeting deadlines and complying with regulations and policies, but the Host Institution shall provide information and assistance where possible.

Related to Academic Record

  • Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.

  • Biometric record, as applied to student PII, means one or more measurable biological or behavioral characteristics that can be used for automated recognition of person, which includes fingerprints, retina and iris patterns, voiceprints, DNA sequence, facial characteristics, and handwriting.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Medical record means any document or combination of documents, except births, deaths, and the fact of admission to or discharge from a hospital, that pertains to the medical history, diagnosis, prognosis, or medical condition of a patient and that is generated and maintained in the process of medical treatment.
