Academic Research Institution means accredited institutions (colleges, universities or other educational institutions) of higher learning in the U.S.
Academic Research Institution means an institution of higher education, a related medical facility, or an affiliated biomedical research firm that filed a registration with the Commission under Health-General Article, §13-3304.1, Annotated Code of Maryland to purchase medical cannabis for the purpose of conducting a bona fide research project.
