For clarity, RDBC acknowledges that any dispute arising from an Academic Decision by the University that a Resident’s performance is not meeting Academic standards such that remediation and/or probation and/or dismissal from the Program may be warranted will not be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution processes outlined in this Letter of Understanding or under the Collective Agreement.
