Students who begin any semester term in Good Academic Standing, but fail to maintain a cumulative institution GPA of 2.0 or higher are placed on Academic Probation.

Students must remain in Good Academic Standing as defined in the University of Toronto Mississauga Academic Calendar with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 1.50 or more and be registered as a full-time student (3.0 credits or more in the Fall/Winter session) to remain in residence at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
At the conclusion of the first year of study, all students must be in good academic standing as determined by a 2.0 cumulative GPA (a Grade of C level or higher in all courses) - (see Academic Standing section).
