A copy of this letter shall be sent to the Deans and the Chairs of the home and cross Academic Units.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF THE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Each Academic Unit's RPT Committee shall be composed of members as defined in 7.6.2 above.
In the case of Academic Units with fewer than seven (7) Faculty Members eligible and prepared to serve, the Committee shall consist of all eligible Faculty Members of the Academic Unit, of whom no more than one (1) shall be non-tenured.
It is acknowledged and accepted that a fair application of workload assignment may give rise to nominal differences for Members within and between Academic Units.
The appointment of all Faculty Members except for any Faculty Members appointed to the Office of the ▇▇▇▇ of Science as of July 1, 2011 shall be made to one (1) or more Academic Units and shall be made subject to the provisions of this Article unless otherwise specified in this Collective Agreement.
When revisions are made or existing RPT Criteria are reaffirmed, as the result of a review, the Academic Unit's new or reaffirmed RPT Criteria shall be subject to the written approval of the ▇▇▇▇.
In small Academic Units or disciplines, where necessary, a Tenured Employee from a cognate Academic Unit in the same Faculty or School may be elected.
The Chairs and ▇▇▇▇(s) of the home and cross Academic Units shall meet to determine whether to recommend the cross-appointment to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President, Academic.
