ACADIA Inventions definition

ACADIA Inventions means all Inventions conceived, or simultaneously conceived and reduced to practice, solely by ACADIA employees, consultants, or contractors in the course and as part of the Research Program.
ACADIA Inventions means all Inventions discovered, made, conceived, or conceived and reduced to practice, solely by one or more employees, consultants or contractors of ACADIA or any ACADIA Affiliate in the course of development activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement.

  • ACADIA shall own all ACADIA Inventions and all ACADIA Patents claiming or covering such ACADIA Inventions.

Related to ACADIA Inventions

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Inventions means all discoveries, concepts and ideas, whether patentable or not, including but not limited to, processes, methods, formulas, compositions, techniques, articles and machines, as well as improvements thereof or “know-how” related thereto, relating at the time of conception or reduction to practice to the business engaged in by the Company, or any actual or anticipated research or development by the Company.

  • Joint Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.
