ACADIA Inventions definition
ACADIA Inventions means all Inventions conceived, or simultaneously conceived and reduced to practice, solely by ACADIA employees, consultants, or contractors in the course and as part of the Research Program.
ACADIA Inventions means all Inventions discovered, made, conceived, or conceived and reduced to practice, solely by one or more employees, consultants or contractors of ACADIA or any ACADIA Affiliate in the course of development activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement.
Examples of ACADIA Inventions in a sentence
ACADIA shall own all ACADIA Inventions and all ACADIA Patents claiming or covering such ACADIA Inventions.
