Examples of Accelerated Termination Event in a sentence
For the purpose of this paragraph (II) (Notice of Accelerated Termination), an "Event Notice" means a notice to the Noteholders specifying the occurrence of an Accelerated Termination Event.
The Issuer shall have the right but not the obligation to deliver (itself or through its agents) an Event Notice at any time following the occurrence of an Accelerated Termination Event.
Upon delivery of such Event Notice, or if an Accelerated Termination Event is subsisting on the Maturity Date (regardless of whether or not an Event Notice has been delivered) or if a Termination Notification Date occurs within three (3) Business Days of the Maturity Date, no further payments will be due with respect to the Notes, save as set out under paragraph (III) (Accelerated Settlement following an Accelerated Termination Event) below.
Upon the notification of an Accelerated Termination Date, or if an Accelerated Termination Event is subsisting on the Scheduled Termination Date, no further payments will be due by either Party with respect to this Transaction, except as set out under the Accelerated Settlement Terms.
The Calculation Agent shall have the right but not the obligation to deliver an Event Notice at any time following the occurrence of an Accelerated Termination Event.
Event Notice: A notice from the Calculation Agent to the Parties (which may be given orally or in writing, including by electronic means) specifying the occurrence of an Accelerated Termination Event.
The terms "Accelerated Redemption Unwind Costs", "Accelerated Termination Date", "Accelerated Termination Event", "Event Notice", "Notional Amount", "Total Return Amount" and "Unwind Costs" are as defined in the Schedule to the Terms.
Accelerated Termination Event is as defined in the Total Return Swap.
Proof of Provision of similar services to at least 3 Organizations of similar magnitude.
Purchased Securities Redemption Event.The occurrence of an Accelerated Termination Event will be reasonably determined by the Calculation Agent in good faith.
