Acceptable Service Level definition

Acceptable Service Level has the meaning ascribed in paragraph 2.5 of schedule 5 (Performance Management Regime Overview);
Acceptable Service Level has the meaning set out in paragraph 4.5 of this Schedule 6 (Service Level Agreement);
Acceptable Service Level means Supplier supplying to Perrigo during each rolling period of ninety (90) consecutive days that quantity of Product that conforms to the requirements of this Agreement which represents at least 95% of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ordered quantities of the Product that are required to be delivered to Perrigo during that 90 day period by the delivery terms of this Agreement.
