Acceptance/Accepted definition
Acceptance/Accepted means the written acceptance issued to the Contractor by the Court after the Contractor has completed a Deliverable, Submittal, or other Agreement requirement, in compliance with the Agreement Document.
Acceptance/Accepted means the written acceptance issued to the Contractor by the State after the Contractor has completed a Deliverable, Submittal, or other Contract requirement, in compliance with the Contract Documents and the authorized Work Order, including without limitation, Exhibit D, Work Order Administration, and the Acceptance of the Work provision set forth in this Exhibit.

Acceptance/Accepted means, as to any Deliverable, Client’s written notice to Contractor of Client’s confirmation that such Deliverable conforms in all material respects, as such materiality is determined pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of Section 6.2, to the relevant Acceptance Criteria applicable to such Deliverable as more fully described in, and subject to, Section 6.2.
