Acceptance Point definition

Acceptance Point means the point at or next to the [grain intake system or rake unloading system] at Silo Complex where the Food Grain will be handed over by the Authority or its nominee {or farmers} to the Concessionaire for storage in the Silo Complex as per provisions of this Agreement;
Acceptance Point means (a) the Shell site operator or another operator appointed by a member of the Shell Group and/or (b) any company with which a member of the Shell Group has entered into an agreement on the acceptance of the Card.
Acceptance Point means the point at which the Customer accepts the Water Supply from the Water Business. This is to be the exit point from the water main of the Water Business.
