approved form means a form approved by the Minister;
prescribed form means, with regard to the filing of Annual Financial Information, Audited Financial Statements and notices of Listed Events with the MSRB at www.emma.msrb.org (or such other address or addresses as the MSRB may from time to time specify), such electronic format, accompanied by such identifying information, as shall have been prescribed by the MSRB and which shall be in effect on the date of filing of such information.
Bid Form means Exhibit “A” to the bid instructions provided to the Assuming Institution.
Book Entry Only Warrants means Warrants that are to be held only by or on behalf of the Depository;
certificated means, in relation to a share, a share which is not in uncertificated form;
registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act;
Approved Foreign Bank has the meaning specified in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”
Book-Entry Securities Securities maintained in the form of entries (including, without limitation, the Security Entitlements in such Securities) in the commercial book-entry system of the Fed and held for the Trustee, directly or indirectly, by any Trustee's Fed Member. Book-Entry Securities shall not include, in any event, any Certificated Security (or any Security Entitlement in any Certificated Security) held, directly or indirectly, through a Clearing Corporation.
Mandatory Securities Depository means a foreign securities depository or clearing agency that, either as a legal or practical matter, must be used if the Fund determines to place Foreign Assets in a country outside the United States (i) because required by law or regulation; (ii) because securities cannot be withdrawn from such foreign securities depository or clearing agency; or (iii) because maintaining or effecting trades in securities outside the foreign securities depository or clearing agency is not consistent with prevailing or developing custodial or market practices.
CDS Global Warrants means Warrants representing all or a portion of the aggregate number of Warrants issued in the name of the Depository represented by an Uncertificated Warrant, or if requested by the Depository or the Corporation, by a Warrant Certificate;
Rule 144A Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold in the United States to QIBs in reliance on Rule 144A;
money market instrument means with respect of an Index Calculation Date the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate 3 Months (the "Reference Interest Rate"), as published on Bloomberg page STIBB3M Index (or any replacement Bloomberg page which displays that rate) (the "Screen Page") around 11:00 a.m. (London time) on that day.
Required form means in the form of mill product, such as bar, billet, wire, slab, plate, or sheet, and in the grade appropriate for the production of—
Temporary Regulation S Global Certificate As defined in Section 5.02(c)(i) of this Agreement.
Short-Term Money Market Instruments means the following types of instruments if, on the date of purchase or other acquisition thereof by the Corporation, the remaining term to maturity thereof is not in excess of 180 days:
Regulation S Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S;
Qualified United States financial institution means an institution that:
Book-Entry Only System means the book-based securities system administered by CDS in accordance with its operating rules and procedures in force from time to time;
Money Market Instruments means instruments normally dealt in on the money
Prescribed Forms means the forms prescribed from time to time under or pursuant to subsection 66(12.7) of the Act filed or to be filed by the Company within the prescribed times renouncing to the Subscriber the Qualifying Expenditures incurred pursuant to this Agreement and all parts or copies of such forms required by the CRA to be delivered to the Subscriber;
Book Entry Warrants means Warrants that are to be held only by or on behalf of the Depository;
Book entry form or “book entry system” means a form or system under which (i) the ownership of book entry interests in Bonds and the principal of and interest on the Bonds may be transferred only through a book entry and (ii) physical Bond certificates in fully registered form are issued by the City only to a Depository or its nominee as registered owner, with the Bonds deposited and maintained in the custody of the Depository or its agent. The book entry maintained by others than the City is the record that identifies the owners of book entry interests in those Bonds and that principal and interest.
Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.
Regulation S Global Securities Appendix A
Regulation S Temporary Global Certificate means, with respect to any Class of Certificates offered and sold outside of the United States in reliance on Regulation S, a single temporary global Certificate, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupons.
Issued and “Issuance” shall have a corresponding meaning.
