Accepted Standards definition

Accepted Standards means those standards of review, care, skill, and treatment that are recognized by a reasonably prudent chiropractor as being acceptable under similar conditions and circumstances.
Accepted Standards means the established procedures and state of the art of geophysical technology, as in use and applied with due diligence and care within the geophysical industry at the time of execution of this Contract.
