Access and Pricing Plan definition

Access and Pricing Plan means, with respect to a given Product, the Collaboration Territory-specific plan for such Product prepared by BeiGene and reviewed by the JSC that calculates the Applicable Retail Baseline Price, launch timing ranges and target population for a Product.
Access and Pricing Plan means the country specific plan for a Product approved by the JSC that sets forth the proposed price, target population and reimbursement target.
Access and Pricing Plan means, with respect to a given Co-Development Product, the Territory-specific plan for such Co-Development Product prepared by NextCure and LCB and reviewed by the JSC that calculates the Applicable Retail Baseline Price, launch timing ranges and target population for a Co-Development Product.

Examples of Access and Pricing Plan in a sentence

  • An initial Brand Plan for each Product will be approved by the JSC not later than three (3) months after initiation of the first Phase 3 Trial for such Product; provided, that the initial Global Payer Plan and each initial Access and Pricing Plan will be approved by the JSC at such times as the JSC so determines.

  • Thereafter, the Global Brand Plan, Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan for each Product will be updated annually (or such other timeframe determined by the JSC) and submitted to the JSC for approval.

  • For each Product, BeiGene shall prepare an initial draft Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan not later than [*] prior to the anticipated Regulatory Approval of the applicable Product in the Collaboration Territory.

  • For each Co-Development Product, NextCure and LCB shall prepare an initial draft Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan not later than one (1) year prior to the anticipated Regulatory Approval of the applicable Co-Development Product in the Territory.

  • For each Product, BeiGene shall prepare an initial draft Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan not later than […***…] prior to the anticipated Regulatory Approval of the applicable Product in the Collaboration Territory.

  • Amgen shall submit the Global Brand Plan to the JSC for review, and BeiGene shall submit the Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan to the JSC for approval, not later than [*] prior to the anticipated Regulatory Approval of the applicable Product in the Collaboration Territory or as otherwise determined by the JSC.

  • Thereafter, the Global Brand Plan, Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan for each Co-Development Product will be updated annually and submitted to the JSC for approval.

  • Thereafter, the Parties will continue to discuss and refine such initial draft Commercialization Plan, Commercialization Budget and Access and Pricing Plan.

Related to Access and Pricing Plan

  • ESG Pricing Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/assetservicing/vendoragreement.pdf or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Existing tank system or “existing component” means a tank system or component that is used for the storage or treatment of hazardous waste and that is in operation, or for which installation has commenced on or prior to July 14, 1986. Installation will be considered to have commenced if the owner or operator has obtained all Federal, State, and local approvals or permits necessary to begin physical construction of the site or installation of the tank system and if either (1) a continuous on-site physical construction or installation program has begun, or (2) the owner or operator has entered into contractual obligations — which cannot be canceled or modified without substantial loss — for physical construction of the site or installation of the tank system to be completed within a reasonable time.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Access line means an exchange access line that has the ability to access dial tone and reach a public safety answering point.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.
